    In addition to touring the West of England annually, the Sou’westers have enjoyed several occasional overseas tours. Foreign destinations so far have been Portugal (4 times), Spain, South Africa, Bermuda, Corfu and most recently Italy.

    Western tour 2024 Western tour 2023 Porto 2023 A brilliant start to the tour with a 133 run victory over the Loyton Oddballs. Runs for Oliver P and Bolan. Wickets for Kennedy S and Everett. A moment for the history books as Pip and Peter George who umpired together for the first time today. Hopefully it’ll be the first of many! A strong representation of Sou’ westers and the new blazers at Lords this weekend. #rooty 10 years ago today we finished our last unforgettable South Africa tour, completing a 4-2 series win at Fish Hoek. Happy days! A great evening at the Rugby Tavern who played host to our AGM this year. It was great to see everyone after a long winter. Also great to see our lovely new blazers out in full force. An unbeaten 95 from Meyer-Webb led us home against North Devon. G. Bucknell, Godfrey and Flatt chipped in with important 30-odds and despite a late wobble we secured a three-wicket win in the final over.
